    If You Get An Alert

    • If a text message is received, simply reply YES or NO to the text to confirm or deny the transaction. A phone call will be made if there is no response to the text message.
    • If the automated call reaches your voicemail, a message will be left containing a phone number and case code.
    • If you do not respond to the text message or the phone call, future transactions may be declined.
    • In the event of an unauthorized transaction, you will be transferred to a Call Center Analyst.

How to Spot a Fake Alert

FAKE: You receive a text message or phone call stating that your Debit Card or credit card has been suspended or closed unless you click a link, provide your card number, account number, PIN, or other personal information. This is a scam. Do not respond and hang up.

REAL: With SNBT's Fraud Detective service, you may receive legitimate texts and calls that alert you to suspicious activity. A text from SNBT will ONLY ask you to respond "Yes" or "No" regarding recent transactions. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will you be asked to click a link or provide your full card number or PIN.
